Generally speaking at least one person will require formal training in HACCP system management. However, all food handlers should have training commensurate with their activities & job descriptions. HACCP Systems & Services can organize all your staff training requirements.

How much does a food safety program cost?
HACCP system implementation is not as expensive as you might think. However, in order to provide a quote, we need to look at the scope of your operation.
